Apply application.yaml once to bootstrap the frontend Argo CD Application. It tracks the latest published ai-spel-frontend chart in Harbor and auto-syncs it into namespace ai-spel. The chart creates only the frontend Deployment and Service; the existing backend Helm release owns the shared ingress and routes / to the frontend Service after the frontend pod is ready.
